Anders Pape Møller is a senior scientist with extensive research experience in different fields ranging from ecology to evolution, genetics and physiology. He has published extensively in the scientific literature including several books.

Wolfgang Fiedler is head of Bird Ringing at Vogelwarte Radolfzell, Germany, and he has extensive experience on research on birds and migration.

Peter Berthold is professor emeritus and former senior scientist at Max-Planck Institute of Ornithology. He has extensive research experience on studies of genetics and migration, and he has published extensively on birds in the scientific literature including several books.
