Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Martin Partington studied law at the University of Cambridge and is qualified as a barrister and is a Door Tenant at Arden Chambers. Since January 2001 he has been on secondment from the University of Bristol following his appointment as Law Commissioner for England and Wales.
