Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor


Ian Muir is a chartered patent agent and European patent attorney and a partner of the firm of Page Hargrave. He was until recently a Member of the Examination Board and also chairman of the European Qualifying Examination Committee D responsible for the legal paper of the EPA examinations. He was involved with the setting and marking of legal paper D from 1988.Matthias Brandhi-Dohrn and Stephan Gruber are lawyers practising in Munich in intellectual property law, particularly in litigation. They have been active in the training of German language candidates for the European Qualifying Examinations paper D since 1988.
