William Rowe is Director of the School of Social Work at McGill University and has also taught at Memorial University of Newfoundland and the University of Western Ontario. He has worked extensively in the fields of child welfare, corrections, health, and HIV/AIDS and was Chair of the Canadian Public Health Association AIDS Awareness Advisory Board.
