Mann, M.D., M.P.H., is Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Professor of Health and Human Rights, Professor of Epidemiology and International Health, and Director of the Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University School of Public Health. Daniel J.M. Tarantola, M.D., is Senior Research Associate, Lecturer in Population and International Health, and Director of the International AIDS Program at the Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Center for Health and Human Rights, Harvard University School of Public Health.
