Inside Writing takes a genre approach to writing. Students learn how to write different text types, for example, newspaper articles, persuasive essays, and summaries. This approach enables students to write for different audiences and purposes effectively.

The sentences taken from the corpus demonstrate the most frequent and salient use of a word, meaning that students learn to produce authentic English in use.
