Peter Graham is the author of CLASSIC CHEESE COOKERY (Penguin), which won the prestigious Andre Simon Award, and the translator of CUISINE NICOISE (Penguin) by Jacques Medecin. He is a frequent contributor to Le Monde and numerous British newspapers and magazines. He has lived for the past 20 years in the village of Mourjou, Auvergne.
