Terry L. Shepherd is the Department Head and Associate Professor of Special Education at Indiana University South Bend. While at Texas A & M International University, he was named the 2003-2004 Scholar of the Year for the College of Education. He has taught students with emotional and behavior disorders and students as a residential treatment facility.
