“WOW!!  This is just what new students need in a book!! I can’t state how impressed I am with this author and the text.  This approach will be very effective for new students.”

--Michelle Buchman, EverestCollege

“The examples are exceptional and very in touch with the realities of the student. This is rare in most textbooks. In most books it seems as if the author might be trying very hard to understand what the student is really going through. However, this text has the feel and attitude that the author truly understands the challenges of the college student and has practical and realistic advice.  It does and excellent job at this.”

--Theresa Tuttle, ECPI College of Technology
