Langer on Putting - Hardcover

Langer on Putting

Hardcover. Perfect, CHris (illustrator). Presumed first edition/first printing. 160 p. Illustrations (a few in color). Bernhard Langer knows an awful lot about putting. What's more, he knows a lot about awful putting-and how it can be cured. He had to search and struggle for successful technique over a nightmare period when the "yips" threatened to destroy him in front of millions of viewers. He has now got putting down to a fine art, and having reached the top of order or merit and recorded the best putting stroke average, the success he enjoys today is a testimony to the young man's courage and intelligence. This book, co-written with Britain's own noted teacher Vivien Saunders, is as clear and encouraging as any yet published about golf. It takes a magnifying glass to the business of getting the ball into the hole, and shows how to do it in a mechanical and consistent manner, whatever the tension or pressure, the slickness or the slopes. Very good in good dust jacket. Price clipped. DJ has some wear and soiling. Minor page soiling. Artikel-Nr. 61422
