This Proceedings contains the papers presented at the second IFAC Workshop on "Linear Time Delay Systems 2000 (LTD 2000)", held in Ancona, Italy, on 11-13 September 2000.


Because time delay systems appear in modelling and a large number of dynamical behaviours, from industrial process control to telecommunication, they are receiving increasing attention and therefore becoming an important subject in scientific literature.
