    Alec Reed CBE is the Founder and Chairman of Reed Executive PLC,one of the largest recruitment solution providers in the country.With an abiding interest in education,Alec Reed has set up the Reed Business School and founded The Academy of Enterprise,a non-profit initiative that promotes enterprising behaviour throughout the United Kingdom. Author of Innovation in Human Resource Management (CIPD 2001),Alec Reed is also Professor of Innovation at Royal Holloway, University of London and Visiting Professor of Enterprise at London Metropolitan University.In both institutions he created a unique course for undergraduates focusing on leading innovations and enterprise studies. The author is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants,the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
