Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Annette Rossignol is a professor of Public Health at Oregon State University where she teaches courses in epidemiologic methods, ethical issues in public health, and international health. She received her B.A. in philosophy from Wellesley College and went on to receive her M.S. and D.Sc. in Epidemiology from Harvard School of Public Health. Her research focuses broadly on issues in environmental epidemiology and on burn injury epidemiology. She is a senior editorial board member for Burns and recently was awarded Oregons The Ray Ruff Editorial Award for the development of public health educational materials. Formerly, she served as the chair of the Department of Public Health at OSU and later as the interim associate dean for research and graduate studies for the College of Health and Human Performance (now the College of Health and Human Sciences).
