Jim Boyce (Rothsay, MN) has authored and contributed to over 50 books and several hundred articles on computer software and hardware. He is a recognized expert in Windows client and server platforms as well as Microsoft Office, Exchange Server, and other server topics. Jim is a former Contributing Editor to WINDOWS Magazine and has written for a variety of publications including InfoWorld, PC Magazine, and others.

Deb Shinder (Dallas, TX) is the editor of WinXP News, the Sunbelt Media weekly newsletter that goes out to over 1 million subscribers. Shinder compiles the newsletter based on reader feedback and product developments. Shinder is an author, technical trainer, and also teaches courses on Windows 95/98, NT 4.0 MCSE courses, Windows 2000 MCSE courses, Windows XP, and Networking, among others and writes and delivers white papers and deployments kits for Microsoft and other corporations.
