Thomas M. Thomas II is the series editor and founder of NetCerts, a leading training and education site for Cisco certification. He was previously a Course Developer for Cisco Systems and has worked on Advanced Systems Solutions Engineering Team for MCI's Managed Network Services. He is currently an Instructor/Consultant for Chesapeake Network Solutions.

Adam Quiggle is a Senior Network Engineer for MCI Worldcom working in Raleigh, NC. In his last project, he served as project leader for a remote access project for one of North Carolina's largest state government agencies. He designed and implemented a solution utilizing Cisco Access Servers, Windows NT Terminal Server and Citrix Metaframe. He holds a CCNA, Master CNE, MCSE and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is currently pursuing his CCNP/CCIE. He is president of the Research Triangle Area's chapter of Cisco Professional Association Worldwide (CPAW).
