Joseph F. McPartland is the nation’s foremost expert on electrical system design and construction. He is the principal author of McGraw-Hill’s National Electrical Code Handbook, now in its 23rd edition, as well as 28 other books on electrical design, electrical construction methods, electrical equipment, and the NEC. He is the former publisher of Electrical Design and Installation magazine. Brian J. McPartland is an electrical consultant and editor of Electrical Design and Installation. He is coauthor of McGraw-Hill’s National Electrical Code Handbook and McGraw-Hill’s Handbook of Electrical Construction Calculations.
