It's difficult to imagine learning the art of presentations from a written text. But Arredondo argues, cajoles, and otherwise convinces readers it's possible via a 36-hour course. Each of the 12 chapters follows a specific businesslike sequence: determining objectives, defining key concepts and terms, going through the actual lesson, and completing a series of questions, tests, and exercises to base the information in real-world situations.
