He has a strong media presence, with a weekly column in The Sunday Telegraph and writes regularly for most major newspapers and magazines. His TV and radio include Channel 4's Fit Farm, Radio 1 Newsbeat, BBC and ITN news, BBC Breakfast, BBC Real Story. An ex-serial dieter himself, Nigel is also the dietician for dietfreedom.co.uk, an online dieting company.



Tina Michelucci runs dietfreedom.co.uk, an online dieting company, with fellow authors Nigel Denby and Deborah Pyner. Dietfreedom is a popular dieting web site – during peak publicity it attracted up to 10,000 hits a week – with supportive dieting forums for its users. It also sells healthy low GL food products which will soon be available in all major supermarkets. She too is an ex-serial dieter.
