Inhaltsangabe

The fifth title in this thrilling crime series that puts young people at the heart of the action. Strong characters, believable dialogue, authentic locations and compelling plots delivering maximum excitement for both boy and girl readers. Three agents. Two missions. One aim -- to fight crime on the streets of London. Maddie and Alex are sent undercover to investigate the recent prolific thefts of luxury cars in London. They have to forget their identities as PIC officers, and immerse themselves in the seedy underworld of car crime. Meanwhile Danny is working on a top-secret mission -- to expose Hydra, an international arms-smuggling operation. He works his iron will with informants and exercises steely patience in surveillance work. The two cases crash together when Robert Fraser, an MOD agent, is assassinated at his home -- the same night his magnificent Bentley is stolen. PIC believes Fraser was a mole, and that his real job was head of Hydra UK. But any evidence was in his briefcase, which was inside the stolen car. Danny, Alex and Maddie must pull together as a team like never before and watch each other's backs. It seems everyone wants this mission to fail -- at any cost! Hot cars, fast movers and high stakes make this the Special Agents' most thrilling and dangerous adventure yet.
