Jenergy: The Only Way to a Fit, Firm and Feminine Body - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

Jenergy: The Only Way to a Fit, Firm and Feminine Body is a woman-only approach to exercise written by one of Britain’s top personal trainers. Jenni Rivett has worked out how to achieve a fit, firm and feminine body using time-efficient techniques that really work.

This fully illustrated guide clearly explains all the techniques. The exercise section is divided into the areas of the body starting with the all-important warm up. She then begins with arms, back, chest and perfect posture. She moves on to lower-body exercises and then the problematic abdominals. She places importance on the stabilising muscles such as abdominal and back muscles. The routines end with stretching to tone, open out and relax the muscles. She also covers cardiovascular exercises concentrating on techniques, intensity, frequency and duration.

Jenni Rivett rejects aggressive dieting in favour of consistent healthy eating. She is keen to educate women about their metabolism and factors that influence it believing that increasing your metabolism through strength training will result in burning calories at rest.

Jenergy is the closest thing to having a personal trainer in your own home and all the exercises can be done without the use of heavy gym equipment. Jenni shows that even a busy person can fit these programmes into a weekly schedule – it only takes 45 minutes, three to four times a week .
