Inhaltsangabe

This new book by well known illustrator Tony Ross and his wife Zoe is about a little girl’s first day at school. With his usual humour and insight, Tony Ross makes this first step away from home both funny and reassuring.

The little girl is very suspicious. What about school dinners `You’ll love them!’ says her mum. What about the teachers, will they be horrible? `Of course not,’ says her mum. And most important of all, what about the other children? Will they be friends?

But even mum is puzzled by Nicky. Who is this new friend? The big mystery is solved when Nicky comes home for tea.
