As our world becomes more complex and uncertain it is crucial for both individuals and organizations to learn regularly and rigorously from their work to enable them to adapt rapidly, capably and continuously to their changing environments - giving them a much higher chance of surviving and developing. Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Bob Garratt is Chairman of Media Projects International in London and of Organisation Development Limited in Hong Kong. He has a global consultancy advising on director development and strategic thinking. His previous titles include Learning to Lead, Developing Strategic Thought (editor) and The Fish Rots from the Head.
