Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
The late Sir Peter Scott, son of the Antarctic explorer, founded the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge in 1946. He was knighted for his services to conservation and the environment in 1973. The illustrations featured in this book first appeared in 1957.
