Mindset is one of the most important things when dealing with a loss of any kind the loss of a relationship, a job, your health or the loss of a loved one. Everyone has some type of stress to deal with in life and everyone can benefit from knowing skills and techniques that can e used when life gets tough. Meditation steadied the author's emotions and illuminated her mindset as she helped her son through surgery, chemotherapy and eventually to help him cross over in peace. The author shares the lessons learned and the meditation techniques used during this time. The experience demonstrates that mindset was key to a positive outlook.
