What if prayer was never meant to be complicated?

Prayer is often made out to be a chore. We feel guilty when our minds wander or when we don't know what to say to God or when it seems like all we're hearing is silence.

The Proverbs 31 Ministries team invites you to discover what the Psalms teaches us about how we talk to God—and how it's possible to live a life of continuous prayer that's also a profound and life-sustaining relief.

Through an exploration of 30 Psalms, you'll learn to let go of how you're "supposed to" pray and open yourself to the freedom of expression contained in the words of the psalmists—whether you're seeking joy, expressing gratitude, grappling with sorrow, or searching for answers.

The act of praying was never meant to be challenging or rigid, and God doesn't expect perfection when we come to Him. He just asks us to come.

In 30 Days of Prayer: A Bible Study in Psalms, you will:

• Learn to pray God's word back to Him
• Build a habit of prayer
• Discover the context of some of the most well-known psalms
• Analyze the words and imagery of Scripture
• Be equipped with prayers of adoration, confession, thanksgiving, lament, supplication, and intercession
