Críticas:
A profile image two inches-by-two in a school textbook. Round-face. Round-rimmed spectacles. Khakhi garrison cap. Looking into the far distance. That is the image our minds invoke on hearing the name Subhas Chandra Bose. An ICS officer in the His Majesty's British Empire turned revolutionary. Twice the president of the grand old party of India - the Indian National Congress. The founder of the Forward Bloc. The civilian who became a general. The first leader of the Azad Hind Government, in exile. The man who promised us freedom and asked us to pledge our blood for the cause. --rajeev balakrishnan on Sep 10, 2012

I just finished Anuj Dhar s Bose: India s Greatest Cover Up. Being a Bengali middle class born in the early fiftees, Bose and his mysterious death continued to haunt us till perhaps we got tired of the speculations of he being sighted and numerous conspiracy theories that went with it. Anuj Dhar s book stays clear from such speculatons. He has tried to put the puzzles together with whatever authenticated source he could lay his hands on and on interviews he had with people who had some views in the matter. His access to sources in terms of Classified Files and other data with the Government was limited, in fact he had a hard time procuring them till his RTI move helped him to whatever extent possible. He has also gone through the published documents on the three Netaji Commissions that had been set up to probe the truth with fine tooth comb. --Sujit Sanyal on Sep 12, 2012

One of the interesting book I have ever read. Brilliant compilation, easy to understand, no boring language and not letting you get away from it. Each page reveals shocking details. At many instance you get near to conviction about Netaji's death, but suddenly a new evidence,a different angle or some piece of paper come in picture which puts you in dilemma and the mystery continues. This makes it interesting. --Varadraj lele on Nov 6, 2012
Reseña del editor:
India's biggest coverup is an investigative insight into the Netaji mystery and its stranger than fiction subplots. Relying heavily on official records-bulk of them still security classified in violation of democratic norms-the book uncovers a systematic obstruction of justice by the Government of India. First for any book in India, the narrative has been augmented with the excerpts and images of still secret records. Archival material and information obtained under the freedom of information acts of India, the US and the UK has also been made use of.
