Michael Rosen has lived all his life in London and works as a writer, performer, radio broadcaster and teacher. He has many books to his name, including 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt'. He was chosen to be the British Children's Laureate for 2007-2011 and is currently Visiting Professor in Children's Literature at Birkbeck, University of London, where he has devised and teaches the Masters course.
