Dr Sabina Dosani MBBS, MSc, MRCPsych is consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at the Maudsley Hospital, London and co-editor of the British Medical Journal's Career Focus section. Sabina has also written for the Sunday Express, Guardian, Times 2 and Saga Magazine. She has specialized in helping adults and young people overcome a range of psychiatric problems. She wrote the best-selling Defeat depression, and is also co-author of Raise pre-teens and Re-energise your relationships, all in the 52 Brilliant Ideas series. Peter Cross is a writer and journalist who has written for the Daily Telegraph, the Times, the Daily and Sunday Express and the Independent on Sunday. He is currently joint editor of British Medical Journal career focus. Lisa Helmanis is a freelance writer and journalist specialising in lifestyle, style-orientated travel, interiors and trends. She's also a regular contributor to the Sunday Telegraph Travel Section, Elle Decoration Sweden, GQ and Elle Norway and has written for Vogue Entertaining, Living Etc., and the Sunday Times Style magazine, amongst others.
