Susannah Stacey is the pseudonym for a writing team. Jill Staynes and Margaret Storey met at St. Paul's Girls' School in England, where they wrote
bizarre serials. Jill Staynes went to Oxford and then into advertising; Margaret Storey went to Cambridge, then worked as a secretary in publicity. Both women eventually found themselves teaching, and now they devote all their time to writing.
