It's a book to be read and a story that must be told to every man, woman and child the world over, because prevention saves lives.

The reason for writing my story is to help make anyone reading this more aware of some of the horrors a child can and should not ever experience. I wanted to explain how I survived the tramatic horror's of my childhood and lived to eventually deal with every day life. Overcoming or dealing with abuse whether it's in the form of mental, physical or sexual abuse has left a lifetime mark on me, and by writing this book and telling my story it has helped to set some of my demons free. I have found the way forward to having true love with my partner, conquered my addiction to alcohol and prescription drugs, and now have a very fulfilling relationship with my two beautiful sons and have found independence in my role as a wage earner and homemarker once again. My story relates to my life being stolen from me as a 7 year old young girl and not being able to take or regain control of my life until my early forties. This book has helped me regain self respect, self esteem and most importantly my self worth.
