This book examines in detail the body of EU law relating to Justice and Home Affairs. Biografía del autor:
Steve Peers is a Professor of Law at the University of Essex. He has written extensively on the issue of EU Justice and Home Affairs Law, along with the issues of Human Rights in EU law, EU external relations law and EU social law.
