Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. First Edition. The boards are shelf rubbed, edge worn and marked, with the cloth frayed along the edges, but they remain strong and sturdy in spite of this. Internally, the front end page has been removed and there are faint ink markings on the half title page. There is foxing and evidence of damp damage on the end pages and there is light tanning throughout, but there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages remain neat, legible and complete with all plates and a map present.
