Revised Final Shooting script for the 1974 film. Based on the 1950 Lew Archer novel by Ross Macdonald. Private investigator Harper returns in this sequel to the eponymous 1966 film, investigating a blackmail plot in a Louisiana bayou, where he finds himself in between an ex-lover, an oil tycoon, and the local police. In this early draft of the script Paul Newman's character is named Lew Ryan, perhaps evidence that the production did not begin as a direct sequel to "Harper," but simply as an adaptation of the source material. Set in Louisiana, and shot there on location. Blue studio wrappers. Title page present, dated September 16, 1974, noted as FINAL SHOOTING SCRIPT, with credits for screenwriter Keenan Wynn and novelist Ross Macdonald. 128 leaves, with last page of text numbered 130. Xerographic duplication, rectos only, with pink, yellow, goldenrod, and green revision pages throughout, dated variously between 9/30/74 and 10/6/74. Pages and wrapper Near Fine, bound with two gold brads. Grant US. Silver and Ward Neo-Noir. Spicer US Neo-Noir.

Collection of four draft screenplays for the 1959-1960 television series. Copies belonging to an unknown cast or crew member, with their name in manuscript ink on the front wrapper of two scripts. All four episodes directed by Robert Altman, then only just beginning his directorial career. Collection includes one Final Draft script for episode two, one Final Draft script for episode four, one Revised Final Draft script for episode 17, and one Final Draft script for episode 22. Laid in with the screenplay for episode two is a master shooting schedule, laying out filming locations from May 21 to May 25, 1959. "The Troubleshooters" followed a construction team as they traveled the world for different jobs, headed by two engineers-one older, gruff, and grizzled, the other young, well-educated, and soft-spoken. The series was canceled after a single season, with 26 episodes produced in total. Episode two script ("Disaster," here under the working title "The Law and the Profits"): Orange titled wrappers, noted as FINAL DRAFT on the front wrapper, noted as production No. 107, dated May 5, 1959, with credits for director Robert Altman, producer Allen Rivkin, and screenwriters William Kendall Clarke and Paul Gangelin. Hardcover. Zustand: gut. 2010 | 3rd ed. 2011. Fully revised and updated, Flow Cytometry Protocols highlights the expanding contribution of flow cytometry to basic biological research and diagnostic medicine. The text presents cutting-edge topics, such as polychromatic, quantitative, and high throughput flow cytometry, and more. With rapid improvements in instrumentation, lasers, fluorophores, and data analysis software, flow cytometry is riding the crest of unprecedented, innovative advances. This thoroughly revised and up-to-date third edition of Flow Cytometry Protocols highlights the expanding contribution of flow cytometry to basic biological research and diagnostic medicine. Written by leading experts in the field, the book presents cutting-edge topics such as polychromatic, quantitative, and high throughput flow cytometry, novel multiparametric data analysis which breaks the dimensionality barrier, standard practice and safety measures for aerosol-generating cell sorting, conventional and imaging flow cytometry as well as minimalist imaging cytometry. As a volume in the highly successful Methods in Molecular Biology series, chapters contain brief introductions to their respective topics, lists of the necessary materials and reagents, step-by-step, readily reproducible laboratory protocols, and extensive notes on troubleshooting and avoiding known pitfalls. Authoritative and comprehensive, Flow Cytometry Protocols, Third Edition presents established as well as new flow cytometric methodologies in order to introduce beginning users to basic applications while opening new avenues of innovation for seasoned users.
