The work is a celebration of fishing through prose and verse. Limited edition, this set is numbered forty-seven of three-hundred and fifty copies produced. Provenance: The Library of Colin and Joan Deacon. In the smart publisher's quarter vellum bindings. To this edition a large selection of additional footnotes have been added regarding the bibliographical history of the work, and the author's own sources. There are several new illustrations included too. With fifty-three illustrations in total, being 43 full page engravings on Japon paper.
