Type: Hard Back Hardcover Book in Very Good Condition w/o dust jacket, with 25 illustrations in full color, with humor, charm, and beauty, from a 14th century manuscript in the Bibliotheque Nationale, Paris. 356 pages. Light blue cloth with Marco Polo on a horse, in gilt, on front and red lettering on spine with gilt and red design. Quite clean with one pencil point dot on front and a light scratch; a touch of corner wear; tight, solid and square. Endpapers with maps of Travels of Marco Polo in Mediaeval Asia--'The Routes of Marco Polo 1271-1295', with red/white design. On rear paste-down, the information from the jacket flap has been affixed. On half-title page there is the remains of a sticker on the upper corner. Pages and illustrations are very clean, no markings, no tears. No Jacket Cloth 8vo - over 7A¾" - 9A¾" tall
