115 g.; 56 pages. The text is illustrated with numerous black and white photographs and the occasional black-and-white illustrations. Colour photographic front cover, showing the Sunbeam Mixmaster with red and black titles to the front panel. Rubbing and creasing to the book corners and rubbing to the book edges. There is a 1" tear to the top edge of the spine and a 2.25" tear to the lower spine edge. Some rubbing to the book panels. On the rear book panel is an advertisement for Sunbeam Automatic Cooker & Deep Fryer. An instruction booklet/manual that came with the purchase of a Sunbeam Mixmaster, not only dealing with how best to use your mixmaster, care of this machine but also 214 tested recipes from soups through to beverages and a small section on continental recipes, Chinese recipes and American recipes! There is no date of publication that I can find, but given the style of the mixmaster and the photographs within the text the date of the publications middle 50s to early 60s.
