Very Average
X, 310pp., acknowledgement. Red colour boards with black writing on the front panel and spine. Corners of the book are bumped, rubbed and slightly frayed. Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine. The major damage to the book has been insect activity, which has caused loss of colour to the cloth, particularly the spine of the panel and the first 0.25" of the front panel, but there is damaged on all surfaces. Browning and staining to the paper edges. Offset tanning to the endpapers and there is very faint foxing as well. Foxing has occurred as well to the internal pages. Bleeding of the cloth colour has happened to the first few top paper edges. Bottom paper edge has been hand cut, and is slightly creased and soft. Fantasy dealing with pre-Soviet Communism. This book was first published in 1895. Reprint No Jacket Red Cloth 8vo - up to 9 ¾" tall - Octavo Science Fiction
