With an introduction by Noel Streatfield this is a charming autobiography of the childhood life of the author of the Railway Children first published in 1895-6 in a series of magazine articles this is the first publication in book form. VG+VG (book- clean- free of previous owner names, inscriptions and bumps. Slight fading to extremities of boards. Dust Jacket - non price clipped, 5mm approx closed tear to bottom front and some rubbing with colour chips to extremities (max -7x2mm approx - to head of spine at rear spine fold. Now in proprietary protective wrapper).
