Composers of classic music. Collection of 12 A.M.Q.S.'s, n. p. n. d. (about 1930), one page, 4to. A collection of autograph musical quotations of important musicians on one page. All composers have added quotations from their own music (1-3 bars). Among them are: Ernst Toch (1887-1964), from the Klavier-Sonate op. 47, Paul Hindemith (1895-1963), from Quartett op. 32, Heinz Tiessen (1887-1971), Max Butting (1888-1976), Alexander Jemnitz, Kurt Weill (1900-1950), with a quote from his "Alabama-Song", Alban Berg (1885-1935), from "Wozzeck", and a handwritten comment: "so that the desire, after some bars of an aria out of the Wozzeck is taken even more into consideration, since I am not alone with this", Arnold Schönberg (1874-1951) with a quote from his "Jacobsleiter" consisting of three systems, Edmund Meisel (1874-1930), from the film: "Symphonie einer Großstadt", Ernst Krenek (1900-1991), from "Jonny spielt auf", Philipp Jarnach (1892-1982) and Fidelio Finke. On the head a portrait of Gustav Mahler in pencil. Very rare in that format.

Am Kopf das Porträt von Gustav Mahler mit Bleistift gezeichnet. Sehr selten in dieser Form.
