Dickinson, Rodolphus: A Compendium of the Religious Doctrines, Greenfield 1815
Good
(the title continues) Religious and Moral Precepts, Historical and Descriptive Beauties of the Bible; with a Separate Moral Selection from the Apocrypha: Being a Transcript of the Received Text: Intended for the Use of Families and Schools. Second edition, revised, corrected and enlarged. Foxing and browning to text. An interesting assortment of ownership markings. Bound in sprinkled calf with a small red leather label at spine. Front exterior hinge is cracked. This small book is encased in a leather (it could be vellum) dust jacket! which is worn and torn along the interior of the front board. Hard to see beneath the "dj". Corners are rounded which probably means that the leather is worn there too. Still, an interesting little book. Second Edition Revised Leather 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall
