Viele botanische Seltenheiten wurden hier erstmals gezeigt. In der vorliegenden Auswahl sind unter anderem abgebildet: eine Yucca aus Mexiko, Aloe aus Florida, Zimt, Lorbeer, Passionsfrucht u.a. Die schönen Tafeln wurden nach Jacopo Ligozzi (1547-1626) gestochen. - Titel und die ersten zehn Blätter mit schwächer werdendem Wasserrand. Stellenweise etwas fleckig.

A very clean copy except that some of the print is visible o n verso). Tobias Aldini is mistakenly credited as the author on the title page. Nicely illustrated.
