This book is a guide for practitioners wishing to undertake ultrasound scanning, now an integral part of antenatal care, as part of their midwifery practice. It provides an understanding of the potential of diagnostic ultrasound in obstetrics, its interpretattion and some of the constraints so that ultrasound can be used, when appropriate, to its full advantage.
