James B. is a recovering addict with extensive experience working with men in the early stages of recovery as well as helping individuals of all ages who are at risk for addiction. He has a degree in engineering, an MA in leadership, and currently is the director of operations for a nonprofit. James also works as a conference coordinator for a men’s organization.
Barbara R. Thompson is a writer, editor, and writing coach. A recipient of the Christopher Award, she coauthored Dying for a Drink with Dr. Spickard.
