Born in Manchester, England, Annette Lawrence has wanted to write books since her school days. However, it was not until after her son was born, and she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, that she became committed to her dream. Her first book, Death in a Different Dimension, was published in 2007. Her second book, Evil Deeds of the Subconscious Mind, was published in 2010. Her rather saucy/naughty latest offering: Twas the night before Christmas: is a picture book and has just been released in 2013 Both titles were in the region's top ten sellers for several weeks. The author is married with one son.
