David Phelan is a licensed professional counselor and Board Certified Neurotherapist (BCN) specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Biofeedback. For the past 25 years, David has worked in psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, churches, schools, and non-profit organizations pursuing his passion for helping others reach their full potential. David and his wife, Julie, and their three children, Shea, Aiden, and Lauren, live in Litchfield Park, Arizona, where David has been in private practice for nine years.
