Space Junk: The Future Is Yesterday - Softcover

In the year 2310, five inventive young teens and one homemade robot are spending their summer at a futuristic space camp playing with abandoned satellites from the 20th and 21st Centuries--space junk. When mysterious events begin to wreak havoc on Earth, the campers power up the antique satellites and send outdated rockets to help save their home planet. Inanimate objects such as the Hubble Space Telescope, Keyhole spy satellites and Reagan-era laser platforms figure prominently in the plot. The dialogue is sharp-witted, the action continuous, and the ending a bombshell.
