He is one of the founders and past president of the American Society of Journalists and Authors. Bloom is a 1937 graduate of Columbia College. Overall, a handsome copy of this rather scarce and much sought after work. Minor shelf/edge wear, ex-libris (stamp at front pastedown and title page, pocked at ffep), small ghost mark at rfep, else tight, bright and unmarred.
