Kaddy Benyon is the author of Luke's Secret Diary, also published by Channel 4 Books. She is a member of the Hollyoaks writing team, having started out on the programme as a script assistant. She has also worked as a storyliner on Channel 5's Family Affairs and a writer on Cloud Nine's The Tribe. She lives in London with her husband, Chris.
