TOYA RICHMOND-SPENCER is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeMoyne-Owen College and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. An ordained pastor, she is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry at the International College of Ministry. A mother of three, Toya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, serving in her church and local community, journaling, singing, reading, and traveling.
