Having struggled with mood disorders and eating disorders as well as working with teens with similar issues, she created this holistic plan as a way to help herself and help many teens. Also, Terri is an aerial performer and instructor and owns a company called Xalt the focuses on performing as well as helping others exalt to their potential in emotional wellness and physical fitness.
